Jump In

Its the beginning of a new year and a new decade. What are your intentions? Have you set huge, lofty goals? Or, are you still reeling and trying to recover from last year? It's easy to get overwhelmed. I have two words of advice for that. Jump in.


Do one thing every day to move you toward your goal.


That. Is. It.


Anything extra after that is a bonus!


To help you get off to a great start I have compiled a small list of tools to help you achieve your dreams. One day at a time.


1. Shed self-limiting beliefs. Because no matter where you go, there you are. I love Tapping or EFT for removing old energies, thought patterns, and traumas out of my energy field. It's easy, free, and very effective.

2. Speak nicely to yourself. Pay attention to your self-talk. Don't let that voice in your head mean-girl you. If I have a overly negative thought toward myself I immediately make myself say 2 nice things to counter-act the thought and retrain my brain.

3. Fuel your body. Drink the water. Eat the vegetables. This doesn't have to be complicated. Some of my favorite fuels this January are herbal tea, medicinal mushrooms such as Chaga, Amla (an Ayurvedic herb), and CBD drops.

4. Let yourself rest and recover. If you are tired, learn to rest not quit. Celebrate the little wins. Went for a hike? Celebrate with a CBD bath bomb. Cleaned out the chicken coop? Slather CBD Salve all over those chapped hands.


You are enough. Everyday is an new opportunity to move the needle in the direction of your goals. The little things add up over time to make the biggest impact on your life. You got this.
